Delivery Policy
NZ Customers
We aim to dispatch your order the day it is received, when possible, or as soon as possible on the following business day provided payment has been received. If we cannot supply an item in your order we will contact you via phone or email to advise.
We ship all orders using a registered courier company (unless other arrangements have been made with us) and the delivery time frames are as follows:
North Island: Next business day
South Island: Within two business days
Rural Delivery: Allow an extra 24hrs
When your order is packed and ready for courier pick up we will email you a copy of your sales docket along with the track and trace number for your package and the delivery time frame you can expect.
Please check your package in the presence of the courier when received. If for any reason your goods, or the packaging, arrive damaged you must ensure the damage is noted by the courier, and advise us in writing within 48 hours. We will advise you of what to do to get the goods back to us. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible, once we have received the goods back from you or once the courier has confirmed any breakages.
We only ship small orders to PO Boxes. Small orders are items that will fit into a DLE or A5 size envelope. All other orders require a physical address. If you provide a PO Box for delivery and we cannot ship your order that way we will advise you as soon as possible.
International Customers
International customers to this site agree to the following:

Customers will be liable for any customs, duties, or tariffs in the destination country.

Customers understand that if customs seize the goods sent from us, the goods will not be refunded unless returned to us in original condition. Delivery fees and any costs associated in returning funds to you are non-refundable. If we are aware of any products we sell being restricted in your country we will not ship them and will refund your purchase in full and advise you of this.
All international orders are shipped with NZ Post using a track & trace service for your convenience, and include insurance for loss or damage up to NZD$2000.00. We will supply you with a tracking number when your order is shipped so you can follow the progress of your order online.
Orders to Australia take 2 - 3 business days and have a minimum delivery charge of NZD$25.00.
Orders to the rest of the world take 4 - 6 business days and have a minimum delivery charge of NZD$45.00.
These delivery charges cover order values up to NZD$2000.00.
Orders over NZD$2000.00 will require a minimum additional delivery charge of the amounts stated above.
You can expect that items will generally arrive within these specified timeframes but because NZ Post do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain we cannot guarantee that your item will always arrive within the target delivery time. Deilvery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs, may take longer. Due to the nature of the goods we sell there is a good chance of delays if customs inspect your parcel.
Our delivery charges above cover 25 destinations including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK and USA.
If your destination is not stated above then there will be an additional cost for track & trace delivery. If you do not require this service then the same rates apply. We will contact you with details when we receive your order if required. Please note that the destinations and prices above are subject to change without notice.
PO Box deliveries are available on most international services. If you provide a PO Box for delivery but this service is not available for your destination we will advise you as soon as possible.
