Shipping Information

 

All orders are shipped free within NZ (excluding rural and Saturday deliveries - a small charge will apply to these services) using either a registered courier company, or NZ Post if the order value is low and the goods will fit comfortably within the appropriate packaging. Your order will be sent in plain packaging so the contents will not be known.

Standard deliveries are made between Monday and Friday. We recommend delivery to a business address for the fastest delivery time as these are given priority over residential addresses.

Once your order has shipped we will email you to advise how it has been sent. If your order is sent via courier we will supply you with the ticket number/s so you can track your order online.

When we send your order via courier we request that a signature is obtained to ensure delivery. If there is no-one available when the order is delivered then the courier company will leave a card in your mail box advising you that they called but nobody was available to take delivery. This card will include the courier's contact details so you can phone them and arrange an appropriate delivery time, or you can call in to the courier depot to collect your order. If you would prefer that your order be left in your mailbox or another secure location then please state this in the 'Additional Comments' field as you go through the checkout. Please ensure that any location you choose to have your order left at is secure because if your order goes missing for any reason you are not entitled to a replacement. Alternatively, have the package delivered to yourself at work.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received between Monday and Friday and we will email you with the details as soon as your order has shipped. Target delivery times for NZ Post deliveries nationwide are within three business days. Courier delivery within the North Island is generally overnight. Courier delivery within the South Island is within two to three business days. Should your order not be delivered to you within this time frame, please phone us on 0800 WICKED as soon as possible so we can trace your order for you. We are committed to getting your order to you in the fastest possible time so please have your order number handy if you need to contact us.
